My son graduated in 2021 and it was during Covid. I ordered my pictures never were they sent to the school, I was never contacted by the studio or anyone at all. I received my confirmation text message which I still have that says thank you for your recent purchase.Almost a year later I called and asked about the pictures and how I never received them. I was told they would call me back. Another year goes by and again I call and asked about them and I get told the same thing.Strongly recommend parents of graduating students it is best to go somewhere else and get these pictures taken. Here at this studio they take your picture and your money and don’t return either one.

horrible service went in to make a payment & the lady old me that I could leave a $80 deposit & then choose my pictures, I call today & the lady is telling me I paid $80 for them to just take a picture ?? I hope their workers are aware of the information they are providing instead of having different workers tell you different things. Honestly a rip off

Worst $160 I spent in my life .I don't leave terrible reviews but this is just sad .And I'm sad for coming here .It's been one month haven't heard from themI finally found time to go up there and I had to pick the pictures I wanted of my baby son felt kind of rushed bit the lady that helped but just the process.I was told that it took long because they don't do pictures of babies it was more just for the schools.Well if that's the case why take my moneyWhen I met the owner when we originally came she made me feel comfortable and confident but the ball was definitely dropped . Also owner told me I would get 4 poses I was told I could only choose one then after complaining she let me have 3 .I don't know I'm not happy it was my babies first pictures first experience what a bummer .Just the lack of not trying to make me any more happier by saying they are busy with the print instead of saying we will get on it asap is appalling .Not to mention none of the pictures were like awww but that's on my baby not them I guess .I'm just sad worst money I've ever spent.

BEWARE!Discrimination against children with disability,Completely disappointed & in disbelief . I am disgusted with Fotorama.My child has down syndrome and Fotorama made no effort to accommodate him . What was supposed to be a proud moment for our family is now a constant reminder of how children with special-needs are not made inclusive.I reached out to Fotorama by phone and emailOver two weeks ago, and I yet to hear back. No refund, no one has fix the photo.*****I WANT MY MONEY BACK!Shame on you!Do better!!

They came to my school today. Workers were rude and there was this older guy probably in his 60’s who was also a worker and was the sweetest one out of them all, and was obviously new to the job, they were being very rude to him. I felt so bad. If i caught the names of the workers i would call them out but i didn’t think to catch their names since i was caught off guard with how rude they were to him. They even told him that he would be the last one to go to lunch. My heart just broke for that man because he was sweet to his coworkers even though they were rude to him, you could tell he was trying his best and he kept his smile. HOPEFULLY u workers stop mistreating this man because he did not deserve that. idgaf if u have no patience with new workers but that’s not how u treat someone, let alone someone who was actually trying his best. That could be someone’s grandpa or father. I’m not gonna blame all the workers because it was only 2 out of the 6 workers who came to my school that were being rude to him. I’ve been thinking about this situation all day. I never write reviews but this just angered me. I hope that man doesn’t encounter any more situations with his rude coworkers ?

Paid for a picture I never got. The guy who showed up at Virgil middle school was rude. Don't bother buying picture here unless you want to lose money.

A “BIG” Thank you too “NELSON B.” for taking my daughter middle school graduation pictures. You made us feel at home and most off allI like how respectful and generous of person he was during the photo shoot. Nelson took pride and patience with his work and we loved his energy. Very optimistic, kind, and patient man continue too thrive and be blessed.
