We git here at 9:00 am they open at 10:00 am the girl left with a bank bag at 9:33 am its 10:14 am and she still not back this is ridiculous why not go to the bank earlier you have a lot of people out here waiting in this heat very unprofessional!!!!

Poor customer service, i walked in on Saturday and as soon as i walked in i was asked in "spanish" if i was there to make a payment i said "no" so the young lady who sat on the right side said nothing else and continued helping another customer, and the other lady that was there was busy helping 2 other gentlemen which was fine with me but not even a greet of "Hello", so the young lady to my right finished helping someone and not once did she ask if i needed help or if someone would be with me shortly, nothing at all so she ended up leaving the place of employment and the other lady that was there again was helping these 2 other guys... I ended up leaving because im from El Paso Texas and everytime i would walk into an office out there i was treated with more respect and i was acknowledged, on the other hand all i needed was insurance for my new car so i guess I'll take my service somewhere else its sad to see such poor customer service at this location... Get rid of these 2 and hire people who really love there job and know its all about customer service!
