I can not believe what just happened to me at the GNC in Gardena on Artesia Blvd. This manager does NOT care about GNC brand. I placed an online order for pick up in the store. Order was canceled. The items were available in store per call to store but this gentleman would not honor. The man pictured said he does not honor website deals. He talked me so unprofessionally I almost cried, almost called my husband to come to the store to defend me then thought he is not worth it but I will leave a comment here. DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS STORE. HE has no respect for women, GNC, plus no customer service skills. He yelled at me in the store, would not let me speak, told me he didn’t care if I complained, when mentioned I will no longer buy from GNC, I can get a better deal from Walmart he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t CARE. I am simply appalled at this. You can not do paying customers like this and thinks ok. You can not argue with a customer who is not arguing but showing order number canceled, website detail and a man blabbing on and on like an angry child. Look at his picture you can see what I felt just from his photo. I managed to snap this on my way out so please forgive the photo but I couldn’t just let it be without something for myself. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I hope this doesn’t fall on death ears because no one should experience what I just went through at this store. Thanks for the opportunity to share. I’m headed over to Yelp now. This worker should be fired!!!!!

Name is Ricky. I.was referred to GNC by a friend Felicia regarding my recent blood pressure issue and her recommended me Black Seed Oil. I visited GNC Gardena and met Employee Sam. Sam gave me excellent customer service and feedback about my product and other feedback regarding my Blood Pressure. Sam and I had a great conversation and I appreciated his feedback. Bless you Sam. And GNC Gardena for great customer service today

Pesimo servicio no hay quien te venda en español y una hora para que te cobren mejor una clienta te ayuda a. Explicarte los productos porque el encargado ni el intento hace ni el intento de atenderte hace...no vuelvo!!!

Customer service here is trash the Indian guy that works here don't help at all and he practically offended me by telling me I need glasses cause he was telling me to grab a supplement next to me and because I didn't find it told me that I need glasses people don't come to this location .

Service here is trash. Indian guy didn't even care to come from behind the counter to assist. Seemed bothered by my reasonable questions. Was digging in his ear while I was talking to him then touched my product I wanted to exchange. (Gross)! I will not come here again!

I usually don't write reviews BUT I cannot let a great job go unheard! I just had to post this! I have experienced excellent customer service on numerous visits at GNC - GARDENA. A gentleman by the name of Sam is GREAT! He always gives me space and time to shop. He's always ready & willing to answer any questions and is ready with recommendations! I was very impressed with Sam because he leads me to the SALES and I am glad to say I have had a very successful fitness journey because I can better afford most of the vitamins and supplements I purchase! Most know, they add up FAST! So, KUDOS to Sam!
