just trying to give them business, mngr was in the meeting, some pretending busy associate would not give me enough welcome introduction, just asked me to leave my info for mngr. yeah right , i ll go next bank

This is the WORST bank that I have ever dealt with. Their corporate policies make it nearly impossible to close an account after a death. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, bank elsewhere! The women working here speak Korean and say things about you thinking that you don't understand them. I am sorry that I am having to deal with them. They don't even have a notary on site when documents need to be notarized. I have abandoned trying to access the account of my deceased Father, money needed to cover funeral costs, because of the amount of trouble it has been dealing with this bank.

The worst customer service bank branch in America. Customer service representative G.H. Is rude impolite and should not be working as a representative. She will only be nice to you if you have large amount of funds in your account. She treats customers with low balance like trash. I've never been insulted in my life less yet by a bank employee. My advice, stay away from Hanmi Bank Gardena branch.
