I'd like to give this company a good rating. However, after more ten weeks I have yet to receive an evaluation of the AV Receiver I shipped to them for repair. I have phoned three times and have been assured that I would hear from them "in a few days." To date -- nothing. Even a note that "we're still very busy" would be helpful.I'm trying to be nice about this. Yoo hoo! Anybody home?

I experienced friendly service, fair pricing, and a quick turnaround when I brought my Denon AVR here for repair. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

The guys at Hitechtronic’s are awesome! They were able to service my Marantz receiver and get it back on its feet again. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. In these tough times, it’s companies like this that you want to work with. I also found out that they service/repair TV’s and sell car audio speakers and amps (Polk.) And, they have been around for over 26 years. That’s a testament to their qualify of work and customer service! Keep up the great work George and staff!

This place is the best George really take good care of me and communicate with me explaining what needed to be done on my Denon. And now I got it back here in Vegas and is working great I really recommend this place and I will definitely use them again thank you George.
