I just want say Erik at Artesia branch and Gardena is a number one employee. You know I have my credit card lost effort two months I couldn't use it. He printed one out for me when everybody kept saying they're gonna FedEx me and this and that they gave me the runaround, but he didn't give me the runaround. He took care of me right away more employees like him thank you so much.

It’s always great to be able to have an employee explain all of the ins and outs of stressful things like finances Thank You So Much for your time and help. Very nice customer service! I live in Inglewood and I always come to Gardena specifically for Heayssell Romero. Since my first experience with her, she was so kind, warm and friendly. She goes above and beyond every time. I went to another location close to home, and they were rude and failed to communicate with me. Heayssell, however, is an angel and ensures she’s there every step of the way. I appreciate her so much! Everyone else is kind as well but she shines the most! Thank you for everything you do for me and all Kinecta customers. They are so lucky to have you!!

This location has amazing customer service. I went there for a certain task, they shared with me other options just in case I was not aware, but never pushy. And in the end, I got everything done that I needed very quickly and easily.

I normally go to the Manhattan Beach location but recently moved to a new City, temporarily. This branch was the closest to my location so I gave it a chance and they did not disappoint.
I had many questions and the woman who helped me walked me through every step. This made me feel very comfortable & safe. That’s a luxury these days and it did not go unnoticed.
Every step was very efficient and I felt valued, something I haven’t felt in a long time.

I've been a member since the old Hughes Credit Union days and I absolutely love this location in Gardena. The workers are so attentive, kind, & easy to talk to. The location is right off the 91 and easy to get to.
