Don't ever come here. My stylist came down with COVID last minute so I had to find someone else. In 2023 you need to be doing better business, period. The stylist was an hour late, didn't apologize or even acknowledge.Her name was Paris Styles. I paid for a shampoo & condition, my hair was rinsed with warm water & I was sat under the dryer, this girl didn't even put a leave in, oil or nothing afterward so my scalp was dry & hair were dry. I have natural hair at that. I paid $300 for a wig instal that started lifting the same day. While she was doing my hair she took a weed or snack break...disappeared for 15-20 minutes & walked in with a bag of food then proceeded to finish my hair smelling like food. Mind you this is after already being an hour late. I showed her a pic of the style I wanted, it turned out nothing like the photo, gave me a typical curl you learn in hair school, No technique or detail that framed my face or complimented my hair which I paid over $800 for, raw hair is expensive & the quality should have matched. The shop is booboo (sorry I hate to say that) but our businesses need to do better. There were arguments within minutes of me being there waiting for an hour, a girl with a crazy looking bbl & over filled lips made it a point to FaceTime her trick so everyone could hear her talking to get him to pay for her hair, she clearly was very familiar with everyone there like this is just what she does on a regular basis. I paid over $300 for the stylist to be late, rinse my head with water in a seat that's never been sanitized, improperly apply my wig while eating & taking smoke breaks, next to some clout chasing bird who wouldn't be mindful of the other ppl getting serviced. Issa no for me. I'll also be letting the Board know, I'm honestly tired of spending so much just to receive such terrible service & my hair didn't even last. You're better off letting your cousin friend who do hair real good do your hair, at least you'll know what you're going to get & it won't be $300.

Absolutely upset, my appt was for 10am, and the stylist "forgot" and overslept, currently it's 1pm and I texted him and the explanation that I also received was that he didn't have anything to wear and that he was at DDs discount, BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! So the fact that he continue to get whatever clothing or whatever that he wanted. We are already in a pandemic, trying to keep our jobs and support other business owners, but this is the worst treatment. It makes it hard sometimes support support black salons, when something like this is being pulled. I found this stylist on Instagram and his work was beautiful but disappointing ISN'T even the word to describe this experience. I had to call off work at this point, No one was wearing a mask, I haven't seen any sanitizing after each client, the space is open but this is ridiculous. Just absolutely livid. This place also has a lack of taking the Covid precautions for a hair salon. $400 for this treatment, absolutely disgusting of human beings.

Costumer service is horrible. I placed a order over two weeks ago and nobody will return my phone calls or even answer phone. And the stylist in the back is picky choosy on who she likes to take appointments from.

Never get any hair from here worse hair ever my hair started shedding the next day I got it installed and the lil ghetto girl deaja can't do hair my hair only last 2 days , I got soars in my hair , I had a bold spot and alwso she was to pricey to not even know how to do hair her and her lil friends has animosity but wasn't bold enough to speak up NEVER AGAIN and she not licensed to be doing hair

I was referred to layed hair by one of my sweet family member's. I loved her hair. So i asked where did she go and so i went aswell. The texture, and the quality and the prices are fare and affordable. The owner and supplier was sooo freaking cool with a greeting of a hand shake, a wonderful attitude and smile. Thank YouðŸ‘ðŸ˜
