“I dont understand how others can give 1 star, the employees here (especially the owner, I think he's the Japanese Guy) are quick, never give you attitude, and overall just great across the board. I've been coming here for the last 10 yrs or so sometimes multiple times a week, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any during that time.
**Also for the guy down below, how are you gonna rate the STORE a 1 star for it being hot OUTSIDE? That's insane!”

“I drove pretty far to come here but it was all worth it. I arrived at 3pm there was only 2-3 people ahead of me. Very clean and nice quiet area. The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

“Andrew is a high quality trainer who exceeded all expectations. Extremely confident and straight to the point. Our dog Koa had anxiety and basic obedience issues. With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home. I highly recommend this training for anyone who is looking to improve their dogs behavior. Investing into Andrew and his team, is investing into your dog’s quality of life.”
“Great spot to drop off small or large UPS packages and ship them. They do USPS as well but not FedEx. They do printing and faxing and have post office boxes. Friendly and fast. Highly recommended fro UPS drop-off or whatever shipping stuff you need like boxes and packaging etc.”

I couldn’t take it on the plane. I couldn’t take it to FedEx. They didn’t have the right size box so I found this nice mailbox shipping store. I asked them could they do it and they took over the whole project made a box for the specific dimensions, Bubble wrapped it to make sure it will be safe to travel all the way to Brooklyn, New York from Los Angeles.. “Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.”
