Change of ownership and price hikes have hurt this place. I used to come here regularly, as my local printer to get items made for conventions and marketing, but after the change of ownership, the prices for basic items more than doubled, and the once friendly environment has been replaced with one of cooperate coldness.

I had visited this store approximately a month ago and encountered challenges in obtaining the information I sought from the staff. Consequently, they provided me with the contact details of the owner. However, despite my efforts in reaching out via phone calls and emails, I regrettably did not receive any responses. I find this situation disappointing and frustrating. As a result, I have decided to seek alternative options for my services and business needs. It is my sincere recommendation that others also consider exploring different avenues, as my experience suggests that the management of this company may lack the necessary expertise and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.
