I have had the pleasure of using Schumacher Cargo for the past 7 years on several occasions now for international moves from/to Europe/US and back to Europe... I shipped with them both household goods as well as my car several times and each time, they don't cease to amaze me in a good way. I have only always dealt with Mr. Martyn Cohen and his professionalism, excellent superb service, precision and responsiveness is unparalleled. I always get an immediate response from him but today, he actually replied to all my questions at... 6:15am (!!!) local LA time, which left me at a loss of words! This is simply how they do business - they won't deliver anything but utmost perfection, care and actually human touch and understanding of their clients needs, concerns and yes, ever changing plans.
I don't think I could ever convey my gratitude to Martyn Cohen and Schumacher Team for making the most difficult and stressful event into such an easy smooth experience! “These guys are the best! It's not a huge facility - plenty big, just not one of these Mega places like many. They have spaces of all sizes available; always clean and very secure. My only complaint would be the hours aren't at all convenient. M-Sa closing at 5:30 and Sunday at 2:30. That aside, we've had a unit here since 1998 and have never had a complaint.”
