Used to love coming here . These last couple of times I’ve walked in and I ask how long is the wait time . The guy in front says 15-20mins . It’s always double that time

I wish the option for 0 stars was offered. I asked for basic pedicure on my 14 year old and even after my daughter said no to the additional stuff the lady went on to do it. When I complained she asked me why I complained if she did the service, well maybe because I asked you not to and so did my daughter. 2 of her toe nails are crooked because the lady refused to file them as requested. With my pedicure same. When I asked her to correct it she told me she would at the end because she needed my nails to be long to paint them. Made no sence to me. When corrected instead of fixing their error they start talking about you in their language, yes we all could tell when u start talking about us and the lady working next to you starts staring at us. To top it all off she decides to tell me my kid has a big toes for her age (really keep those comments to yourself).
My daughter got a full set with stones added yesterday at around 6pm.. Today at noon most of her stones where gone from her nails. Keep in mind shes not here working and wetting her hands to justify them falling off within 24 hours. She was treated to a nice set of nails due to her graduation. Its not like they charge a few bucks, they charged me $90 for the full set all for me to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed since they close on Sundays. I definetly will be staying away from this place.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 19 years now. It holds a special place in my heart. I brought all my quince girls here. It used to be the spot for my sister to take me to and we’d get Gulliano’s Italian food next door. Iykyk.
Finding a consistent stylist that has really competitive prices is hard to find. Especially if you’re into the in-person salon experience. They’re so friendly here, professional, knowledgeable of trends, and if it’s something new to them, just show them a picture and they’ll make it happen.
They also have promotions sometimes when you spend over a certain amount.

I love coming here, everyone is super welcoming & nice. Vince work is so perfect! I went to another salon & didn’t like them & Vince was able to fix my nails. Reason why I’m never going to another salon again, this is the best place in town. Thank you,

Thank you Lily you did a great job! This place is nice and clean, friendly staff, no bickering. Massage chairs are the best! Reasonable prices, paid $75 for full Gel Mani and Pedi with scrub.

I went in for a regular manicure yesterday. How is it that today my nails look like this? My nails aren't even similar. They're cut differently and horrible. I was expecting better service and I should have gone elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was proven wrong. Thanks Tina.

Amy was fantastic! This was my first time coming here and I needed my nails done for my company's party. So I came here and brought my mom, I showed Amy what I wanted, and she went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. She was patience and meticulous, I'm very thankful for that. I didn't feel like she was in a rush, nothing. Love the service from the moment we walked into the moment we left. Highly recommend this place, such as awesome ladies and gents.
