I used to have a couple CD accounts here and after my experience with open bank I will never come back. The way they run their bank is a complete fraud. As far as I'm concerned, it should be renewed annually, and when I wanted my money back after a year, they automatically renewed my account, but wouldn't you need my signature for a renewal contract?.. I never even visited the store. Don't know how that can happen.. and they were not allowing me to withdraw the funds without paying a fee. Same happened again the following year and this time they told me three completely different dates I can withdraw my money. Called in to withdraw on all the dates and for each time they just said it cannot be withdrawed until later. Eventually I got my money, but they still charged me a $25 fee saying that the funds were withdrawed too early. Never will I do business with them again.

I usaully go to korean banks because the policies of American bank are not familar to me, but this Korean bank dissapoints me very much. I came here to put money on my three different accounts in this bank and they charge me for being in the bank after their close time while i was trying to put money on the account. I will never come to this bank again.

I have three accounts with this bank and was about to open a fourth. I have rarely ever miscalculated a transfer of funds in the years of having my accounts. However, when it comes to something as simple as a $25 overdraft fee I recently had the pleasure of receiving, the manager here made it clear that open bank doesn't offer an annual one time courtesy reversal as almost every U.S. bank offers. To which I replied, "no problem, you just lost three accounts with your bank and it only cost you $25." I own up to an error when I make one. But when evaluating the reasonability of my request, I feel that open bank should at least stay competitive with majority-bank's courtesy concessions. Welcome to OpenBank.
