I went in the bank just to get some money and so I Tanisha had a very bad attitude. I was even about to open up a savings account but she made sure I made it clear that I should not be there.

Customer service representatives that answer their phones are rude However the people that work at the branch are very nice Every since the merger this business has gone downhill! I don't recommend this place of business.

CSR Agnes just loves to help you & make things smoothly. I'm out of state tryna deposit some money into a shared branch at this location & Agnes maked everything so difficult, never finishing my deposit! Need happy ppl.

Been a member of this credit union for years. I have two accounts both with a checking and savings account. Used to be free. They started charging a few years ago for checking at $5.95 a month. Ok, I can accept that. Today, while looking at my savings account and I noticed a $2 monthly charge the last three months. Since I didn't know what this was for and I never received a notice about these charges, I called. Turns out that they now charge $2 a month extra if you have two primary accounts. Too me this is ridiculous. Ok, you are already charging me $5.95 a month for each of my primary accounts and now you are gonna charge me an extra $2 ? Don't think so. Will close my account in days and take my money elsewhere.

Very DISAPPOINTING I have been banking here for years and the last two years have been going down hill. I was having trouble making a payment and for some reason they could not fix my card in the system some issue they were having on their side.

I had a savings account with Union Pacific Credit Union for over 13 years, then they merged with PTCFU. I never touched my account, just had money direct deposited to my savings from each check. My problems started as my existing ATM card become non operational. I called the branch and asked them to send me a new ATM card. The PTCFU representative said they would mail me out a new card and could take anywhere from 3-15 days to be delivered. 22 days later, I still didn't receive my ATM card. This was a big inconvenience to me as I didn't have an ATM card allowing me to make some withdraws, as I needed that money for some car repairs. I contacted the branch after waiting 22 days for my new ATM card that didn't arrive, and told them I need some money from my savings. I asked if they could wire transfer money from my savings to my checking account with my other banking institution. They said they could but it would be a $30 fee. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative took my phone number and told me that the manager would call me back. 45 minuets went by, and still no returned call. I called back and spoke to another representative (Michele Levitt) and she offered to assist me by asking the manager if the $30 transfer fee could be waived. She said she would contact me back as soon as she had an answer. 2 hours went by and I received no call back. I called back the credit union and Michele answered the phone with an irritated voice as if I was bothering her. She said only the CEO of the credit union can waive the $30 fee, and she's still waiting to hear back from them. I told her how disappointed I was with the costumer service, as credit unions costumer service is supposed to be superb! I told her that I wanted to go ahead and close my account, in which she immediately asked for my email address to send me the closure documents. She didn't try to retain me as customer, in fact she almost seemed pleased to get rid of me. I received the closure documents and sent it back within 20 minutes followed by a phone call to the credit union, they did not answer! I called several times following, no answer! I left a message with my name and phone number asking for a return call, no call back. I tried messaging a manager through there website, no reply. This is exactly why I decided to close my account with PTCFU, there customer service is horrible! I hope they close my account correctly, and I actually receive my money from my savings with no further problems! Do not bank with PTCFU!!! Find any other banking institution to bank with, otherwise you will be greatly disappointed!

I have been with this bank for years. The worst bank I ever dealt with. They charge for everything and don't really care what gong on. I have so many problems with this bank.

This bank used to be AMAZING! We have been members for 25+ years. They lost us today. I'm tired of fees. 5.95 a month even though we have direct deposit. They always throw a fraud alert in the weekends. Even when you tell them in advance you're traveling. You cannot contact them outside of m-f to assist with the fraud bull. Your stuck with no cash until the bank opens They closed all local branches. It's a two hour drive to make a deposit. I'm. Done.

This Credit Union has always met my expectations with Customer service. I've been banking with them for about 10 years now and there has never been anything to complain about. Whatever questions or concerns that I have, are always answered and addressed. Bayardo Ramirez has always gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I was a little disappointed about their San Bernardino branch closing, but that didn't steer me away from this awesome credit union. Their service is and always has been great.

This place overcharges I overdrew my account by 40 dollars and was charged 115 dollars plus every other time I try to use my account my account gets blocked on weekends on holiday a couple of times i had to sleep in my car due to them blocking my account and not answering their phones on the weekend no customer service at all now they don't even answer their phones at all

First and foremost I'd likt to Thank Yesenia, she has best customer service inside this Branch, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. I've been with this Credit union for over 15yrs, and at one time I would refer everyone here. Now, I'm going to close my account with them. I could remember when Ephriam and Julianna started working here, they both were kind and polite, ever since they've been given new postions, they treat customers like s**** I ask to speak Julianna in private because didnt want the other members in my business, she kept discussing my business as if was others business. Then I call customer service way back on April 30th, and spoke to Sara regarding my Account, she told me she would get back with me, never did. As of today i still havent heard from her, I walked into the branch myself and tell Yesenia the problem all over and before I was getting off the freeway to go home, she was calling me back. This place was once ran in a professional manner, Ephriam, Julianna and Sara needs to take some managerial classes and customer service one on one. I only stayed because of the people in the past. Starting with Rose and Laura Dooley, both awesome people. This place has been awesome since. Except Yesenia and maybe one other person. Im done with Pacific Tranportaion Federal Credit Union. Omw to California Federal and Navy Federal!]
