Waking up to a stolen catalytic converter was a nightmare, but Pro Mufflers made the process so much easier.
The moment I pulled into their lot, Josue immediately knew what was wrong. Benny walked me through the entire replacement process, handled everything with my insurance, and kept me updated every step of the way. Benny even suggested installing a protective cage to prevent it from happening again.
The pricing was fair, and they were willing to work with me. What started as a huge headache turned into a smooth, stress-free fix, all thanks to them.

I called around to multiple shops and this one gave me a great price compared to the other options. Came in for a delete and was in and out faster than I could finish up my phone call 😂 Very clean work and really nice employees! I can’t recommend this place enough

I had a HORRIBLE surprise this morning as I left for work. Someone stole my catalytic converter!! I need my car for my job!! The first place - that was open on the Sat before Christmas - told me it would be weeks to get the part!! Then I called ProMufflers- Benny checked to see if he could get the part - the other company didn't even go that far!! Benny was able to obtain the part, and my car is BACK in working order within 2 hours!!! Benny suggested - and I agree - that I need to get the plate to try and prevent this from happening again. Please don't wait!! Have Benny order the plate and have it installed so you don't go through the hassle and expense I'm going through .... Prius catalytic converters are frequently stolen..... THNX Benny!!
