I showed a clear picture of the color I wanted, but they gave me something completely different. When I politely asked to fix it, the tech got irritated and raised her voice. Very unprofessional. Please Never waste your money on this. People just need money. Also they raise their voice if you need to change color.

Michelle is the best! Sheās the only one that does my pedicures at this location. Not saying anyone is bad, I just only go to Michelle! She takes her time, very thorough, and nice!

Wish I can give 0. First time here and Customer Service needs tremendous amount of work. Itās not even that the prices are ridiculously high for the most basic set, but you wish for at least a pleasant experience and it was the farthest from that. They made many mistakes on what I wanted when I had multiple pictures for example, but instead of taking accountability just charged me more. SAVE your money, time and energy and go elsewhere. So many other peaceful options to do your nails in Gardena thatās actually worth it.

okay the nails arenāt bad but in this picture you cannot see. the lady left the acrylic bumpy and didnāt file at all so itās an uneven texture . Thereās also black lint that the lady did not take off my nails and just left it there due to her laziness or her rushing so you can see a huge black line on my right ring finger . My aunt and mother come here as well , my aunt got left with foot fungus due to them not cleaning their tools at all!! if you decide to come here , ask them to clean their tools because they wonāt.

Not a cool place. The website states that they close at 730. Not 649! I called at 6:10pm the lady said they were open. I arrived at 630. I took a few minutes to eat and take my medicine because the lady said they were open and the time on the website says "7:30. So, after I finish I walked up at 647. The lady said they was closed. ??. I paused for a long?? time because I wanted to respond in a good manner. The chick then decided to walk away in mid sentence. I paused again, I turn and walked away. the board said all her workers left and it was full of workers. Like, I didn't feel the need to beg or explain I need to take my medicine before getting out, in order to get my nails done ?. Your website says 730 and you didn't mention over the phone that there where or going to be any hick ups. Rude and her lost.

THE BEST!!! I have got my nails done here for years! They always do a great job and they give the best pedicures. You have to just make sure you ask for exactly what you want! They always do a natural nail extension for acrylic unless you ask for a different type of extension, make sure you ask right away. They are my favorite! My husband also gets his pedicures done here and he loves it. We always get the package with the massage and it is great!

Terrible very terrible ! Do not come here, I went in for a pedi the next day I woke up to infected toes. BOTH DOES ! They do not clean their tools !

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, I think this might be the best place I've been to just to get my nails done and I know it's pretty simple and short but most nail technicians in nail salons don't do a good work even for simple designs! & charge so much expensive except at pro nail spa I think the price there is very reasonable for what you get ! (Set was $50). Vibe was amazing everyone was very welcoming and kind and the lady who did my nails (I wish I gotten her name) was so lovely and kind and didn't mind me making requests at all. 10/10 def going again without a doubt love it
