Rosy was very friendly and helpful. She made our first time renting experience very easy. We were extremely stressed and she help us. She was right by saying that everything would work out and fall in place now that we found where to store everything. We noticed the great relationship she had with other customers, she was busy but managed to help everyone that called or walked in and answer all our concerns.
