This is a small neighborhood Ralph's Store. It offers most, if not all of the standard services Ralph's offers. I'm not sure if it's because of the size, but in comparison to a full size, large store, there is often a quality of fresh product issues, such as produce, deli, and bakery. The majority of the staff I've encountered, are very friendly, and strive to offer the very best in service.
These deli products were found 2-3 days beyond their dates, and if you look at the strawberries on the cake, they had green fuzz (mold) on them. The deli products were discovered before finalizing purchase, and turned over to the store personnel. The cake however, wasn't discovered until later that night, so I just tossed it. Overall, it's a good store, with 90% of the employees I've encountered excelling at their jobs, though their are some that fall well below that, including a member of nighttime management/supervision.
If this store is in your neighborhood, or if you just find yourself in this store, it's close proximity makes it very convenient, and their are some members that almost become friends, that recognize and greet you coming through the door. There is another Ralph's not too far from this location that is HUGE in comparison, and I have yet to find any spoiled food on the shelves, or had anything but an amazing experience with their staff.

Employee was extremely rude and tried to make me feel stupid for asking. A very simple question about purchasing my items. And I asked to speak to the manager and she was right there and witnessed the whole thing and didn't care at all. As a matter of fact, laughed at me, I have a disability and I. Don't think people like this should be working in customer service at all.
They have very poor leadership skills and HORRIBLE customer service.
Whoever does the hiring here at this store needs to be fired as well. I was shocked at how disrespectful and rude were there .

Deli customer service. Maybe try not to get an attitude when a customer ask you to change your gloves after you’ve swiped the hair out of your face multiple times (chick with reddish color hair). You have a hair net on, why you left the front of your hair out of it only had one explanation. Don’t focus on being cute at work. Focus on the job and you’ll do well. And why are you guys closing the deli 2 hours early?

This has to be the dirtiest Ralph's I've ever shopped at. I like Ralph's prices I like going to Ralph's and I will go across town way out of my way to go to any other Ralphs. They have people from spectrum working on the aisles trying to lure you into switching to cable Internet every time I go there Bothered and wasting my time. Spectrum is horrible surprised they're affiliated with Ralphs whatsoever.

This is my go to grocery store. Love the employees have always been helpful. I've always been able to find what I need. So why the one star review ? Lately they have had solicitors in the back aisle for some wireless Internet company. They range between annoying and aggressive. When I go to the grocery store, I don't want to have to fend off a salesman getting me to switch my wireless plan. The main reason I'm posting this review is hopefully someone in the company will read this and realize their customers hate this. I've heard other customers complaining to the checkout clerk just because there was no one else to vent to.

This ralph's store intentionally sells expired products to consumers to make more profit. I've had multiple instances of this happening to me but this was enough for me to write a review, and never shop there again. Spent so much time to satisfy my craving of hard shell tacos only to bite into a stale expired taco shell. Be careful shopping here, check the expiration dates!! They make money off expired products and people not checking!

It's a good store, lots of nice hard-working people there.I gave only 3 stars ? because on several visits to this store, the one I preferred to shop at is always out of the things I buy most frequently. They have been out.It's not compliant, but it's frustrating to have to visit 3 or more stores to find what I want.Take this with a grain of salt.I love Ralph's supermarkets, and a lot of the time, they do have what I need, but no one is asking or listening to the consumer. Please do more Engagements with us.Our money is hard earned, and we want more value for our dollar.Thank you in advance!
