VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Made my handicapped sister IN A WHEELCHAIR move the vehicle she was in which had a handicapped plate visible. The told her the parking was for business use only which is totally false. You have to be a VERY LOW INTELLIGENT PERSON to threaten the use of towing car and get other customers involved in situation. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!! Been coming here for years, but not anymore! Will spread the awareness of this situation to my family and friends who still come here.

I came on Friday and I Paid for Same day service for 4 items in advance. I came to pick them up 1 hour after the pick up time on my receipt and was told they would be ready until Monday. I asked for my clothes back and a refund. After about 40 minutes the clerk finally returned my clothes that were obviously balled up in a pile somewhere and did refund my money. I am not sure I will return there.

DO NOT GO TO ROCKET CLEANERS IN GARDENA. THEY LOST OR STOLE A PAIR OF MY JEANS AND 2 PAIRS OF SHORTS. UNFORTUNATELY I STILL HAVE STUFF IN THERE, BUT THE SECOND I GET THEM OUT IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....

I took my blanket there to get dry cleaned… was told that it would have to be washed. I left it reluctantly knowing that people have clothes that bleed because they have been dyed and not color safe. I was right.
The pic on the left is what the color used to look like…the pic on the right is the nightmare I got back.
Of course I got there right at closing, but I want my money back. The blanket’s color is hideous and clearly was put in with something that was not color safe.

I rarely use dry cleaners but I had 4 dresses that I needed cleaned and my satin one had water spots and I told them upfront and they noted it on the dress. I picked up the dresses 4 days later and they were ALL super wrinkled, hung in the oddest ways and spots were worse. i took the one dress back since it was needed for a wedding the following day and she said they didn't do anything to it since they couldn't find a label but yet they still charged me. When asked if they could do a one day clean she laughed and with attitude said everyone was gone for the day (this was at 10am on a Friday). They didn't offer anything nor any refund. So disappointed and will NEVER EVER go back!!!

Took in my comforter. I was told it would be ready the next day. I went the next day my comforter wasn't ready. I went the following day and the girl took about 7 minutes to find it. As soon as I came home I took my comforter out of the plastic bag it was given in. My comforter didn't have a clean smell, I couldn't stand the smell so I sprayed some of my personal perfume on it. I unfolded my comforter and stuck on 3 different spots were balls of hair with lint.

I dropped off like 9 pieces of clothes for dry cleaning. A couple were blazers one smelled like cigarette I bought it second hand. I picked up. They used one plastic to cover all the big items. To my surprise the cigarette smell was there but because it was hanging with the rest of the clothes they all smelled now. I have not called to complain yet because I just noticed. I will call tomorrow with an update.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

lousy place to take your clothes, nothing cheap, the clothes look dirty and they say it's the material.. if I want it to look clean it would be an extra charge...
