Is some lady that worked there by the name of Daisy? She got a really really nasty attitude. I am not gonna deal with that Storage. I’m gonna find me another one that is ridiculous and they approve of stuff like that people being mean and evil.

I've been a customer of your since 2008. On 8/19/25 I rented a second storage space.Space #5011 has always been our space with rents that started at $128 a month. For that same space we are now charged $399. We have our own Home Owners Insurance. The new space 5032 juat rented is somewhat smaller, and rents are $264. We were charged $278 because your staff person failed to ask if we had homeowners insurance. Even after telling him he did not adjust the rent amount amount and refund the extra $14 immediately. Had to wait only to be told to take it off next months rent..
My real concerm, is there is no concession for long term loyal customers nor is there a discount when a customer has more than one unit. I've been told that business customers have more than one unit and receive no concessions. I am appealing to you, if you want to serve me better as a regular residential customer, some appreciation for longevity, loyalty, prompt payments for many years receive some kind of discount consideration. I regret this response will robably fall on deaf ears as big companies feel they don't need people like me. Nevertheless, you asked for a response so that you can serve me better. SO HERE IT IS. A 10%-15% discount would be appreciated. Total payments now are 399+264=$663 an awful lot for spaces that don't grow and, I unlike your business customers don't make money from the things I store with you. FINALLY...I am an 81year old senior citizen who have worked many years for the things I am storing, but on a fixed income..WHAT AM I TO DO?. Can I get any type of concession from you???

Avoid this place. They tell you one price then charge you another later on. It's too crowded with cars that seem to permanently be parked there. . . Then when you do find parking which could be 30 feet away you have to walk to much to load and unload . People block the drive ways with merch . . . The timer may not even be close to the unit . . Which turns off too fast. It's way too much drama over here. They close way too early. Avoid this place.

Superb customer experience across the board! Any task you need when it comes to moving the staff here will help you tackle it.
