Bought a flat goal from Sator and within a couple weeks of setting it up it started to sag and bend under it's own weight. It progressively gets a little worse each week. Flimsy and cheap construction, which explains why it is cheaper than options from more reputable brands like Kwik Goal. I shared the issue with Sator and their initial response was they think force was applied to it to make it this way. I found on amazon reviews where someone else had the same exact issue as me with the same product and shared that with them, at which point they agreed to refund me once I shipped it back but that they wouldn't provide any return materials or shipping costs. I told them thats rediculous bc it's a 70 pound 6 foot tall package. They then said they would pay for the shipping but wouldn't provide any materials to ship it back in. So I ended up having to pay UPS $140 to package it up so that I could return it and get the $430 refund. Business model here is if you get a defective product they will make the return process so difficult and cost prohibitive that they hope you just go away.

Great quality products, they have the option to pick up items at their location in Gardena and they always have good deals going on. Their front desk service when picking up is great, their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went to the store pre COVID, fast and easy to shop, order, and be on my way. Last time, had to order and wait in my car until order was filled. Call them and pick up to save on shipping.

Customer service is horrible. Raina the sales manager does not take accountability for her employees mistakes and blames the customer. The wrong goal nets were sent and instead of making the situation right by exchanging the incorrect nets she said there was nothing she could do but give a 10% discount on new nets and offer free shipping (which is already free when you order online). We spent thousands of dollars on goals from this company and will not be spending anymore or recommending them to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I order a soccer goal on 11/13/2021 and up until today I have only received have of my order and on top of that I had to pay $799.62 of shipping and handling which initially I was free shipping but 2 weeks later they called me saying I had to pay that amount. Overall I would never order from this website again there are so many hidden fees and delays. And there customer service haven't got back to me on regards of my missing packages.

We are very disappointed with our order at Sator Soccer. We ordered a Channel Pro Soccer goal kit, which cost over 1,000$. We followed the instructions in the very detailed delivery instructions, reported back within the 3 days deadline that the goal's coating was discolored and there was damage to one of the sides. We never heard back from Sator Soccer. They have simply ignored our claim. It is very disappointing that a company where you buy a high-quality product has such a bad service when there is a quality problem.

They have a nice and varied selection of soccer items in their inventory. The prices are very competitive and are always a good value, or even a great value. Service, shipping time and packaging are done well.

Initial experience with Sator and/or shipping firm Estes was frustrating, but ultimately will give Sator credit for making it right. Product arrived damaged, neither side willing to accept fault... that said, kudos to Sator for ultimately shipping replacement part, as no cost, to rectify situation.Product is well designed, sturdy, quality...
