Called and spoke to someone to .ake sure thy have the tips i needed and arrived 30 min before closing only to find the store locked with a postit in the door sayin out to lunch. What store manager allows all staff to leave on lunch break 30 min prior to closing early at 2pm?This is very poor service and judging by the other reviews I read im not the only person un happy with the service at this location.

Had a last-minute project for a restaurant opening called Bridgetown Jesus answered all my questions promptly and professionally what can I say but that I can't ask for more he accommodated my needs as it was a time-sensitive project he told me it should take him 3 hours to get that stuff done I agreed to it he called me about 40 minutes later said my order was ready for pickup I'll tell you if he had not done that there's no way I would have turned out the project on time because of the curing and drawing time over the primer and the paint and posted a picture of our work that would have not have happened without Carmen the lady over at Staples that printed the actual notes from my client of which I brought it in to Sherwin-Williams which they color match to perfection if it wasn't for both Carmen and Jesus and my guys adorable Francisco Diego and Nito nothing would have happened everything came together sometimes that you know first conspires with us sometimes against us luckily this time around everything worked out check out the picture I posted on this review it is all the finished product that we couldn't have delivered without Jesus over at Sherman Williams in Gardena highly recommended three times over thank you Jesus I hope your boss reads this review

I have been going to this location for years and I have never had any issues with the staff at the store until today. There is only one staff member running the entire store and there is no manager on duty on Saturdays. I understand some customers will be asking a lot of questions and will take up some time, but when I questioned the person on duty if there was someone else who can help me out with the transaction since I was in a hurry, he became hostile and called me out for ‘not ordering my stuff ahead of time’ and also citing that the store was short staffed. I even went to run another errand down the street, and yet i still wasn’t helped in a prompt manner when I returned. A short-staffed store should always have a manager on duty in case of an emergency and when the store gets busy in moments like these. Management and the company itself need to step up and recruit new staff because the construction industry is always busy and people cannot be waiting for 20 minutes to check out a few items at the store, especially if I’m not ordering paint or buying expensive equipment. Short-staffed or not, there is no excuse to be treated in such a rude manner, less so be complacent about having one person and not doing enough to recruit new members. I’ve seen Home Depots hiring staff all the time and they’re not crying about lack of staff. Probably will start doing my shopping at the Paramount store.

Stopped by for some help with color matching a paint sample and assumed that coming here would be better than home Depot but I was wrong. The guy at the register seemed to be confused with my request and after I elaborated what I wanted he said that they can get a similar color but there's no guarantee it would match and that it was only available to buy as a gallon... obviously I left as I was not interested on buying a gallon that may or may not match. This was my first visit at a location like this and I doubt I will be back.
