I’ve been to this location a few times in the past. My last visit here will be the last! At the register, I was going to make 2 separate transactions then I changed my mind because I didn’t have enough coins for tax, so I just used a larger bill. The cashier (Older man wearing a mask) seemed short patients by these events, prior to this I had him show me various different products to ensure I’m getting the correct item. After he handed me my items, he gave me a strange look as If I annoyed him!! Also he didn’t have the decency to say “thank you” or “have a nice day”. I felt awkward afterwards, he seems kinda racist imo and not used to dealing with ethnic groups.My advice to the management would be to lighten up the environment, allow exchange’s with a receipt, don’t discriminate, and treat everyone with kindness & respect.

Had a bad experience in this store. We purchased wrong product, then following day, went back to ask for a replacement, not even return. (Product was never opened) Owner said it’s your fault so we couldn’t replace:/ More than anything, owner’s attitude was not something about respecting customers. Not recommend this store..

Worst owner I've met in my life.Asked a friend to pick up 2 flums, and I checked that they were flavors I don't smoke. So I come back after 30 minutes to change the flavor and he tells me 'no can do'Not even asking for a refund just want to change the flavor mann..What kind of policy is this?할배 길가다 눈에 띄지 마쇼

The guy at the front just looked at me funny when I asked him why he is overcharging so much on many of his products. I then asked if I could switch out a peice for some glass i wanted to buy and he said no i had to buy the extra peice as well. What kind of ripoff scheme is this ? Peoppe just dont understand you can go online and buy everything cheaper.Maybe you would have more consisten business and reviews if you didnt rip everyone off.

There's always a nice selection of cigars and vape products and always plenty of parking. The owner is very kind and friendly. Always stop by for my cigars, coils , and juice . Thank you smoky k!!!!

Worst customer service when dealing with mobile app discounts. Just horrible! Doesn't honor your coupon after he redeems it that said $1.50. He would only honor $1.00. Other times, my data crash during the time he redeemed the coupon and refused to honor the discount. Customers, take your business elsewhere!
