South Bay Auto Auction is a nice place to buy cars. The people who work there are extremely nice and take care of any problems asap. The customer service is top notch, and the office employees are fabulous. The auction has good prices, and the staff treats customers like family. However, some customers have had issues with the registration department and the security guards, who can be rude and abrupt. Overall, South Bay Auto Auction is a great auction with some minor complaints. The staff is helpful, and the auction is a good place to do business, with many customers recommending it.

This is very nice place to buy cars from I have been buying cars from them for 12 years never had a problem with anything the people who work there at extremely nice and they take of any problems that occurs asap I give these people a deserving 5 star

Nice independent auto auction with good prices! All office employees I've interacted with have been fabulous (frank, Jose, Leticia). Security staff is a little abrupt but understandable given the neighborhood is pretty rough.
