About South Bay Auto Auction
South Bay Auto Auction is a nice place to buy cars. The people who work there are extremely nice and take care of any problems asap. The customer service is top notch, and the office employees are fabulous. The auction has good prices, and the staff treats customers like family. However, some customers have had issues with the registration department and the security guards, who can be rude and abrupt. Overall, South Bay Auto Auction is a great auction with some minor complaints. The staff is helpful, and the auction is a good place to do business, with many customers recommending it.

Glad I got to deliver the batteries that they have been waiting for since Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience. Jose and the guys that are in the back are the best in the business. If you are a wholesaler who is looking for a good car go see them. They got inventory that you might like.

Buyer Beware, Hands down worst experiences (2) with any auction. On the phone everyone was very nice and friendly, but place is Disorganized, Very little help picking up vehicles (appointment required) Need new management or complete overhaul.
