I took 2 of my posters to get laminated and they not only ruined the job but ruined my originals. To make matters worst scar tried to put the blame on us by saying we never said it was double sided. Their manager Rene took care of us and reimbursed us but definitely never going again.

I visited the Gardena Staples to exchange an incorrect ink cartridge and was amazed to learn Staples no longer offer exchanges; but did provide me with a refund of the current retail price on a gift card. I was able to complete my exchange with a minimal price difference. I was a satisfied but confused customer.

Wednesday afternoon 4/24/2024. Store closed up tight @ 2:30. No sign saying they are closed and no answer when called or message as to why they aren't open.

I come to this Staples for my business printing as it's convenient. Each time if the order isn't correct there's an issue with the type of paper. I had an order where I brought my own paper & it was accepted by an employee. I came again on a different day & was told I couldn't use the paper cause it's for inkjet printers and they have laser printers. Now, that's totally fine but if it was accepted before then it should be accepted any other time. The rules shouldn't fluctuate depending on the employee at the printing department.

I'm sad that the Office Depot closed down off of 190th. This is my alternative. This review is in regard to the staff member at the copy and mailing section. I was in need of a copy machine since my printer broke down. I needed assistance in how to transfer info to the copy machine. He explained the options and it was an easy experience for printing and making copies. Second item to complete was to overnight a letter and package via UPS. The worker was managing both the copy area and mailing area in addition to fielding many questions from everyone who came up to the desk. He was so helpful and pleasant despite being so busy. I appreciate the assistance! I was impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be back!

The staff here are so nice! Came towards the end of the night & was helped by a nice younger guy to buy some ink for my printer. He said we made his night for joking around with him a bit. Wish I got his name for this review! The store was nice & organized. I was able to find what I needed very easily. They even had "hot deals" near the cash registers where everything was really cheap. Parking was easy since theres a humongous parking lot outside. Would definitely come here again to get whatever office supplies I need.

Awful staff at the drop off counter for the UPS etc.They intentionally ignore you while they attend to their own tasks etc.They always keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes when I just need to drop off a UPS box etc.
