Ordered a venti coffee and this is how they gave it to me almost half way full for a venti. Horrible service, waited about 15min for a reg coffee and a Spinach Feta wrap given cold.

They should shut this starbucks down. They reallly dont care about online/walk up orders. Read other reviews. Staffs all jerks for intentionally doing this. Drive thru takes forever also and the drinks were weak. They intentionally make them poor/wrong if its drive thru because they know you aint coming back and if you do they take forever to make your order correct. Stay away from this one. Theres better ones out there.

There should absolutely be no reason why we are in a drive thru line at Starbucks for a 20-25 min and still get my drink wrong when I get to the window. Just too see over 10 employees inside

First time going to this Starbucks location in Gardena. This small location that has a high volume of drive through orders, so if your going to order, please take the drive through.I ordered my drink at the window and I had to wait over 20 minutes. If you do come here, I highly suggest you take the drive through or if you don’t mind waiting for your drink, there is outside sitting.All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with their drinks. If you don’t know what to order, please ask for recommendations, if your craving something hot, cold , sweet, bitter or light. They will guide you.Parking is limited if your planning to park next to the Starbucks location, if you don’t mind the walk, you can park further from the store.I ordered my classic, venti ice caramel macchiato with 5 pumps of vanilla syrup and caramel around the cup.A venti ice caramel macchiato comes with:4 pumps of vanillaCaramel drizzle around the cup3 shots of espresso shots2% milk and iceI highly recommend getting this drink upside down.4 pumps of vanilla syrupCaramel drizzle around the cup3 shots of espresso ( to melt and blend with the vanilla shots)2% milkAnd then topped off with 1 cup of ice.You can also enjoy this drink with a cinnamon coffee cake - warmed up and get a venti hot caramel macchiato upside down. Today I placed a mobile order at 1:57 . When I got to Starbucks at 2:10 for my order, it wasn't ready . So I waited about 20 min and they gave me 2 out of the 4 . I was missing 2 pumpkins and pepita loaf. So I told the guy and he said it was coming up. So then I see him giving people orders that came after me . Then I was the only one standing after 10 min waiting for that loaf. He is going to say to me that is coming up. I told him why it took so long? He said they were busy. Ok you are busy but the loaf only takes 10 sec to warm up .So I ask for my refund. Not sure what was so hard about getting a loaf or I didn't know they made it from scratch .
