They asked if I was paying cash or card. Once I said debit, they told me to use the self help kiosk, I didn't know I worked there.

I last gave habit burger 5 stars but now it seems like it has changed for the worse. It took 20 minutes for my order of 2 burgers and french fries. I wasn't the only one, 6 others were standing around looking equally irritated. Char Burger has changed in content or maybe the way it is being constructed. Last visit it was more compressed and didn't have quite the same flavor. Sad to see good restaurants go bad. Also, you cannot order unless you use their kiosk. A great way to alienate customers. No customer service or support which is terrible considering the prices.

We came through the drive thru and the lady was extremely disrespectful to us while ordering. Then she told us to go wait in the front for someone to take out our food. (no problem) then another 10 minutes goes by so I have to go in and get it. Not only was the lady rude when I went in, I had to go in for our missing items multiple times after that. Then she made me poor my own drink which was also missing. I love The Habit but I have never had an experience like this. She told me different names when I tried to confirm it…Estrella, Iliana, not sure her name. Wearing black, mole by her eye, heavier set girl.

Habit food is always delicious but i am absolutely appalled with the customer service today. Came through the drive thru with my family and were almost instantly given an attitude. That lady needs to be sent to the kitchen or to clean toilets if she’s that miserable.

I gave this restaurant more than a fair chance. It's not the brand it's the terrible staff that works at this location. I didn't ask for your terrible attitude with my meal. The staff here are disrespectful. @The Habit. Please re-staff this location. Perhaps the General Manager as well if HE/SHE ALLOWS these behaviors . Gardena would appreciate it!

I would like the issue to be escalated to the CEO of the habit. I am disappointed that they have a manager and employee who does not uphold the mission and values that the habit upholds. I have been a resident of gardena for over 30 years and have never been to a restaurant that treats customers terrible. I was mocked by the manager named Andriana and also lied to about my order being ready from another employee. When I asked the manager Andriana for the employees name she stated she could not provide me with the employees name. I am disgusted that the habit would employ an employee with these traits and have her be in a management position. I am pregnant and felt as they highly discriminated against me. I would like Andriana and the employee to be held responsible for their disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I would like to be contacted by phone and email by their direct reporting manager. I would like Andriana to be removed from a manager position and the employee fired.
