Unfortunately had a horrible customer service experience at this location while returning an Amazon package.
I had an issue where Amazon asked me to return a set of 4 items which where originally shipped in one box. Amazon mistakenly gave me two shipping labels for that package, one for 3x items, and another for 1x item. Each label supposedly (which I don’t know) required a separate box. I go to UPS with my one box containing the 4 items explaining to them that this is how the item was delivered.
The UPS rep takes one item out, wraps the box with the three items, stows it away, and then asks me to buy a new box for the fourth item because the item requires to be “boxed”. Excuse me? You just took the only box which the 4 items shipped in.
I asked what my options were, and the rep talked to a colleague who, mind you, was right next to him, and who instructed the rep to tear up the shipping label and tell me “We’re not Amazon” in the most apathetic tone possible. Didn’t even look me in the eye. 60 minutes later after a phone call with Amazon, I was finally able to return my package all in one box, that one box I originally received my items in.
Was it Amazon’s fault? Indeed. Could UPS have done anything with the situation itself? Probably not. But could their attitude and customer service been more empathetic? Absolutely. The poor customer service is the only reason for this review. Had they responded empathetically, I would not have had any problems.

I dont understand how others can give 1 star, the employees here (especially the owner, I think he's the Japanese Guy) are quick, never give you attitude, and overall just great across the board. I've been coming here for the last 10 yrs or so sometimes multiple times a week, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any during that time.
**Also for the guy down below, how are you gonna rate the STORE a 1 star for it being hot OUTSIDE? That's insane!

I was reading reviews from those that gave them one star and was trying to figure out what store they had went to. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable helpful pleasant and willing to assist. This is my favorite UPS store. I return items and often and even when have the incorrect code or whatever they are patient and willing to help. Thank you John and staff for your kindness.

Paid UPS next day Air to ship live fish. Package received at processing facility 7:26am, but they DID NOT even attempted to deliver the package same day! They have 12 hours to process the delivery, but didnt even tried to. That is thousands worth of live items. They can't pay an employee to go overtime and open the trailer?

Do not ship with this company and location! Marked my package as shipped with a black/blank photo as evidence and missing an apt. number. Then lied to corporate investigation that it had been delivered and closed the investigation. Now I am going on a month of delay for a single package.

The staff here are consistently unwelcoming and make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. On several occasions, I was made to feel less important than other customers, especially when there was a long line. I’d much rather spend my money at a store that values and appreciates my business.
