Black lady that works behind the counter is always in a bad mood like its the customer fault she has to work. Can't even answer sinple questions without an attitude maybe its time to retire choose another location if you can.

I had a very disappointing experience with a clerk, an older Black woman, who was rude and obnoxious. She accused me of being too close to the man at the card reader and said I was looking at him insert his card pin. She told me to move back in line. I was actually standing at least six feet away from him, and I was looking down at my phone since it was my turn next. I’m not sure why she said that. As a young lady, I found her behavior rude, and her false accusations could have potentially put me in harm's way when leaving the facility. I did not see her name tag but I hope her supervisors provide her with further training on how to handle these types of situations.

Came to the post office at 9:30am and have been waiting until 10:00am. The office is still not open. What kind of government office is this?

I gave 1 star because I had to, I just left out of this post Office 1/17/24 at 4:40 and the clerk a black lady, couldn't see her name tag has to be the most nastiest hateful (insert bad word) I've encountered, soon as u walk in she is attitude dude, the nastiest may I help u that I've heard in a long time, so nasty that I just wanted to walk out & go somewhere else but I really needed to mail that letter & I wouldn't have made it to another 1, she talks to you like you should know what you're asking her already and as if you're bothering her by coming into her place of employment, if u don't want to work stay at home & if you are going to be this nasty you need to stay away from civil service jobs because you are absolutely the worst. I will never come here again because I truly wanted to sit in my car & wait for her to come out, that's how nasty she was. The post Office needs to update their customer service classes because these (insert bad word) need a new attitude. I chose my freedom today and that's why I will never go back there. Pitiful

What a terrible service it was to grab a mailbox and stop sending my emails to my address since I was going to move, the guy charged me 108 dollars and my emails keep coming, they told me I had to fill out a paper for each name corresponding to the emails and When I told the young man what he did, he threw them on the floor and I was like it was cool and it turns out that all my emails are arriving at the address, in the end I paid for it because the young man who tells the truth is very bad at face

It wasn't busy when I went and the staff working was very pleasant and cheerful! The ladies working today both answered my questions and made sure I mailed my passport correctly and safely. I'll be coming back to this location because I'm confident I'll receive a great experience.
