I had coilovers, a rear sway bar w/ endlinks, and new strut mounts installed here, and I do not have enough good things to say about Darren and this shop. These gentlemen are extremely professional and so passionate about their craft. They communicated exactly what the work on my car would look like, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. So happy with how my GTI feels and would return here in a heartbeat for all suspension/alignment needs. Thanks again!

I have lived lived in 6 cities across the country and have been frustrated by alignments in each city over the past 30+ years. This is the only place I’m 100% satisfied with the work of of every place I’ve tried. The man is a magician, an artist, and an all around great person. I drive from Woodland Hills and even sleep in my car to get alignments done here and only here. I drove a car that was aligned here across the country and even after tapping a curb it felt so much better during that trip. I was upset when a shop did a complimentary alignment. Now I have to drive it it back to get that magical feeling back! Come here once and you’ll understand why he’s considered the best in town. I think he’s the best in the country.

No one touches my daily/weekend/track vehicles except Chris at West End. Enthusiasts who can appreciate how meticulous they are always end up returning the next time a new set of tires is put on or they need to get that extra tenth off their lap time to sub 2 at Buttonwillow. Do not make an appointment and flake as they reserve that time slot to make sure there is ample time to adjust the alignment to your needs. Respect Darren and Chris as their time is valuable.

these guys are the best at what they do. I own and operate a repair shop and would not trust any other shop to touch the vehicles we work on. 1000% professional and a perfect alignment every time. I can't say enough good things about the work they do.

Chris really knows his stuff. He asked you questions in order to understand what will i do with the car. He was very pleasant well mannered car guy. He took his time with my car. I drove the car out with it being a different car. No creaks like before going in and it drive super straight. No sale pitch of any kind just straight up business. I can’t recommend this place enough. This is the place to go when you need your suspension works and alignment.
