I’m a truck driver and I had a delivery for them next morning 8am, a day prior to my delivery i called in to ask if they have on site parking, because I was driving through the night. Lady told me yes there’s is a parking. I did ask one more time to double check if there’s any gate that will be closed and in response she told me no you can come at night and park. Soooooooo it’s 2:00 am am in the middle of nowhere searching for parking because up on my arrival the gates were closed I could even enter the parking lot. Very unprofessional and mean. TRUCK DRIVERS! In order to get to dock area you have to back in from the street. You won’t be able to turn around with 53ft trailer.

May have a very good selection of tools at a reasonable price but the service isn't very professional I waited 40 minutes for two bags of concrete that they forgot to go get me, when they finally brought it, 1 of the bags was half ripped and poured all over the cart and the employee still asked if I would still take it like that or he can bag it up, just expect actual good service for being a customer here.
