Divide Seamless gutters did a great job for us. Johnny and his crew were professional and courteous and the price was very fair and product and selections were great. Sometimes communication was a little difficult but they are extremely busy and in demand and this is common in the construction industry- esp during the wintertime. I would highly recommend this company.

I had my gutters done along with my roof in 2017, Divide was hired through my roofer to complete the work. They did a great job! Unfortunately I missed cleaning my gutters prior to a large storm and my gutter started to pull away from the Eve. Johnny came out and fixed it same day and did it at no charge. Warranty was up 6 months ago. Decided to hire them to add the gutter shields and he was able to fit me in the next day during a storm, they also cleaned the gutters free of charge. Amazing job and great customer service! Very impressed and would refer to anyone in need of gutter repair or replacement.

I called Divide for a gutter job at my rental property and left a message. They said it could take up to 48 hours to get a reply but in reality it took nearly a week after a 2nd phone call. Don left a voicemail with his mobile phone number which I appreciated. I called back and set a date for him to review my project. The day of the appointment I called an hour before the appointment to confirm our meeting. Don said he couldn't make it because his truck had been in the shop and couldn't drive his other vehicle in the snow. Guess he never thought of calling before to cancel and save me a 45 minute trip to my rental home. We ended the conversation with the understanding that he would call to reschedule once he got his truck back. Well guess what...I waited a month and he never called. I left a message on his mobile phone and still have not received a replay in 3 days. He may be too busy or just not want my job but at least have the professional courtesy of communicating that to your potential clients. Good luck if you choose to use Divide Seamless Gutters.

Hard to get ahold of, no answering machine. Perhaps their power is out and their generator is out of gas? Other times we've called, been assured someone would come out, but they never did. They installed gutters and leaf guards on our home in Shingle Springs in 2018. Leaves stick to the leaf screens and create a steady flow of water over the edge of the gutter onto our heads when we walk out any door. I will be happy to revise my review if they can come out and resolve the problem (starting with maybe just answering the phone!)

Have used these guys for years and their service is wonderful! Had my gutters for years on my house and they just installed gutters on our new detached garage.

I gave a 3 stars only because they were punctual and came back to fix a dented part of the gutter that was showing. Probably generous considering the end of the gutters were dented and it does not look good. When I questioned it, I was told this is how it always looks. There’s a gap on the back of part of the gutter, the caulking is messy, there’s dirty hand prints all over white gutters and there’s scratch marks where the paint chipped. Not a satisfied customer.

Highly recommend getting your gutters installed by these guys. High quality material and great performance by the guys doing the install.

Based on on-line reviews, I expected top notch work, but instead had terrible issues with the work done by Divide Seamless Gutters. Cannot recommend.
