Allicen and her team did an amazing job of selling my parents' home of 20+ years at a stressful time after my dad's death. She saw the vision in the house they built themselves and hadn't fully completed, and had great advice about what repairs, updates, and staging would be helpful to show the property in its best light. She even coordinated the cleaning of windows, the house, and carpets after we moved my mom out. Her up-to-the-minute knowledge of the local real estate market was really useful in getting the house sold in less than half the time of most homes listed for sale in the area. She gave us sound advice negotiating with the buyer so that both parties would be happy with the deal. She and co-agent Rita Burke were proactive with all the seller paperwork, and were available to answer any questions we had within minutes. We highly recommend Allicen and her team.

Allicen helped me sell a raw-land property. Over the course of 9 months, she took care of marketing, multiple showings, and communicated offers with me. Allicen was so wonderful to work with on the sale of my late parents home in Auburn Lake Trails. I live out of state, so being there at the house when something was needed wasn't always an option for me.
