“Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered a replacement keyfob, got charged but no keyfob. Called over thirty times, yes thirty times with no response. Do not go to this dealership. After being released from the hospital and able to contact them they were able to be given the service I had hoped for. The truck is running perfectly electronically and even saved me a trip for a secondary trip. Being disabled they even helped me into my truck. They went above my expectations.”

“We were on our way home on Saturday after a camping trip. My wife and I in our RV and my son in his Toyota pickup. Our son called to tell us that his truck had smoke coming from under the hood. We called a tow truck and had him tow the truck to an auto repair in Corning Ca, which was closed for the weekendWhile we were waiting I called the local Chevy dealer. I spoke to Greg Hogan asking about their stock, thinking that we could trade a blown up pickup truck for a new vehicle and be on our way. Greg asked our situation and I told him what was going on, It turned out that he didn't have an appropriate vehicle for us to buy.While we were waiting for the tow truck, Greg took the initiative to come by to speak to us in person, which impressed me. Greg suggested that instead of leaving the truck on the street, we could leave it in his lot behind a locked gate. It was a week before we could work out disposal of the truck. Greg was great! He was very helpful when we really needed help and didn't charge for storing the truck or any of the time he spent helping us. “We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. In addition, they fixed some other things that we didn't even know needed fixing.Because we went back twice, they bought us a gas card.We couldn't be happier, both with their work and their great customer service.Service: Body & Trim”

“I was driving and as I started to slow down my break pedal started pulsing, so I pulled over and as I stopped I heard a clink.. one of my break shoes fell off, limped it to the nearest auto parts (16 miles away) I had no tools and my family and I were over 3 hours from home, the first person I spoke to was Jose, very polite and respectful, told him my situation and he told me they definitely could loan me the tools needed and had just the right breaks, trying to remove the lugnuts on a f250 super Duty with no gun was a chore,, went in slide to ask if anyone could help, Jose was on the phone so I ask the asst. Mgr who could really care less about my situation, I went back outside and was trying again when Jose came out and helped break the last two lugnuts loose, then proceeded to change my breaks on that side.. no complaints had a great conversation, he was compassionate,caring, and willing to help and go more than an extra mile with out being asked”
“Eric and Travis did an outstanding job working with me over the phone to make the arrangements on a Dodge Ram 3500 Dooley. I finally got a day off to show up on Friday, July 4 to sign the paperwork and write them a check, and drove out in a new to me Dodge Ram Truck.
I was actually working out of town in SoCal and they were actually willing to overnight the paperwork to me and then drive the truck down to me to deliver it, but I was able to get a day off, and drive up to them, and everything worked out great.”
