“We finally moved out of a unit that we have had with Westside Mini Storage for 4 years. Justin and Dani have been so helpful throughout our entire process. They have let me stay in well after closing on occasions, helped cut off locks when I lost my keys, and even helped load some heavy items that I had a hard time unloading by myself. They have gone above and beyond customer service and I am grateful for their service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Red Bluff area! Noreen S.”

“The gentleman, Ethan, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, considerate and extremely competent. Even though, at the time I was there, Ethan was by himself, he served multiple customers quickly and efficiently. It’s a rarity now a days to find an employee as dedicated as Ethan.”
