“Big O' made sure to get my alignment right after a few issues. Finally technician Keith worked on the alignment & it's about as perfect as can be. Steering wheel is centered & my vehicle tracks straight on the Freeway.”
“Awesome staff! Saturday 6/2726 8:45 am driving from Redding back to Bay Area, just north of Corning our car started making weird noise. Found Les Swab on Solano, Corning. Pulled in and found that the wheel well had come loose and was rubbing on the tire. They quickly got us worked into the schedule and got our car up on the rack and determined it was just the wheel well. Cut away the part that was bad. Professional and kind and helpful! Highly recommend!! Thank you to Laura for getting us sorted!”
“Had a flat tire. Stopped at Bob's Tire in Red Bluff. Lance and his crew had my tire repaired and I was on my in 40 minutes with no appointment. Price was very fair. I highly recommend them.”
“I just have to say for a working mom with a full schedule this place is the spot for fast tire fix! They are always so helpful!! Also they don’t try to trick you into buying things you do not need they are straight to the point!”
“Picked up a screw in a tire of my brand new travel trailer (less than 1000 miles). Brought the tire to Tehama and informed them I needed a tire plugged, they asked me if I was leaving it and I explained I was traveling (I’m from Ct.) even though they were very busy they took me right away. I was in an out within an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.”
“Erich in the service department was great to work with on a transmission and motor mount claim. He kept the two concerns organized, made sure the details stayed clear for each one, and didn’t let anything get blended together.”
“So this was the ONLY tire shop opened on Sunday, and wouldn't you know it I got a big ol' nail in my tire right before church! So they were pretty busy, but Art was super nice and got me in and out as best he could. Everyone working here was super nice and professional, even the kid cleaning the front. I really appreciate you getting me back on the road guys! May God bless your business!”
“Always buy my tires there! Poncho is a nice guy, great service, every time! Pick up quite a few nails and screws, patching is great, never had a problem. Tires a great with a very reasonable price! Fast service! Honest!”
“Here we are on vacation, and we blow a tire on the tow dolly. The towing company brought us here, knowing they would take care of us. This is a super friendly and helpful tire center. We were out in 30 minutes and $20.”
“Brought my son car in for a terrible noise and they took us right back and figured out what it was. Which luckily it was a simple fix cause he needed it for a interview. They were all very nice and professional. Thanks”
