“Since there are no UPS stores in Mendocino county and my package had to be sent from a UPS Store I made the journey to Cloverdale and I was happy I did. I had a strangely shape item to ship and it was heavy. Being that it is a product under warranty the cost was to be bourn by the manufacturer. It wasn't cheap. The young man behind the counter handled my needs and as time went on and he needed to continue communicating with the manufacturer other customers walked in. He was great at multitasking and handled all the incoming costumers as well as dealing with my needs. Hat tip to the young gentleman , 10/10 would doIt again.”
“I don't know what this community expects from their post office but l think you have a real gem here. Plenty of parking and even shaded which is very hard to find in this hot box that is California.Very nice and helpful ladies at the counter. They helped me get the correct postage for a special square envelope l was sending to Dad for Father's day”
