“I love this place! Lake Sonoma has so much to offer. Camping, kayaking and horse back riding. I decided to take a day trip to go trail riding and I enjoyed it. The horses are well taken care of and healthy which makes me so happy! The saddles have saddlebags so you can bring your phone and water with no risk of it falling out. There’s also a bar”

“We found it out of the blue needing a place to stay in the middle of the night after driving all day, staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, relaxing hot tub and in the morning we walked around the grounds and looked at the birds and the worship area. Absolutely beautiful, recommending for everyone to come and stay here. As someone not at all familiar with Kemetic Paganism or practice it definitely piqued my interest.”

“One year ago we had the most wonderful night of our lives celebrating our wedding here. Caitlin was a humorous and comfortable guide throughout our entire experience. She manage the diverse elements of catering, decorations, entertainment and family relations with a calm attitude. The venue was beautifully managed and perfect for our large event with plenty of parking for most of the guests and lots of space for mingling between different times of our celebration. Milestone as a whole was clear and detailed in what they offered and were flexible with us in connecting to various vendors so we could have a successful stress free party. An incredible place our family and friends still talk about to this day!”

“My partner and I stayed at the Madrona for two nights in March. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. The mansion is gracious, welcoming, modern, and cozy all at the same time. If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to wake up early and spend some time in the main parlor as the sun creeps over the hills. It's incredibly peaceful and leads your mind to wonder what it must have been like for the original owners to live in this gorgeous place. The grounds are beautifully gardened. Spending time on the front porch or strolling the grounds fulfills your soul. We want to come back and enjoy the pool in warmer weather. The staff at the Madrona is top notch. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. If you need a wine tasting booked, check on local restaurant, or ask advice on things to do, they are there to help.We are looking forward to our next visit!”

“An absolutely gorgeous property that has been thoughtfully designed and well managed. The rooms were so spacious with perfect amenities. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The location was ideal - just a bit removed from the traffic of the plaza but close enough to make everything convenient. We will absolutely be returning”

“222 is a cultural and performance center for Healdsburg. With outstanding art, a unique moss wall in the back patio, spectacular (and scandalous) ice cream, and wine-tasting!”

“Bacchus Landing is an amazing curated wine collective in Healdsburg with 7 wineries. They take reservations if you want to book a tasting in advance as well as accept walk-ins, which is really convenient. It's also very convenient to get to because it's only 2 minutes and less than a mile away from downtown Healdsburg.

I love that everything you can imagine is here in one location. You can walk around to the different wine tasting rooms and enjoy a glass of wine or enjoy a wine flight. The ambiance is warm and welcoming and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Each tasting room has plenty of seating and they also have a large communal space in the middle of Bacchus Landing so you have lots of options! This is an excellent place to come and sip and relax with enjoy good company and amazing wines!

There are 7 wineries at Bacchus Landing: Smith Story Wines, Comstock, Aldina Vineyards, Convene by Don Kosta, Solo Nuestro Wines, Dot Wines, and Westside Sparkling.

We have only tasted at Smith Story Wines and Convene Wines so far. We personally love Pinot Noir and have also been loving white wines more as well! We absolutely love the wines at Smith Story Wines. Their Pinot Noir is incredible as were all the wines we tasted here! We can't say enough great things about Smith Story Wines! They are a local family owned winery and each vineyard that they work with is also owned by families. I personally love when I see local family owned businesses supporting other local families! The hospitality here is amazing and they make you never want to leave! All the wines we tried here we absolutely loved! They really have it all: amazing wine, a heartwarming story, and amazing hospitality!

We also enjoyed the Pinot Noir at Convene Wines. I can't speak for the other wineries here because we haven't made it to them yet, although look forward to coming back and trying the other wineries here!

You can check out their website because they have events throughout the year such as live music. There is also a bocce ball court if you want to sip wine and have some fun! Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't been here yet!”

“My husband and I had the absolute best experience hosting our wedding at Ru's Farm! From the first time we viewed the property and met Kristen (Director of Hospitality + Facility at Ru's), we knew it was the place for us. Kristen is the kindest person and we so easy & pleasant to work with. We also hired a majority of Ru's recommended vendors (catering, planning, etc), and they were such a well-oiled team to work with. We felt like we were working with people who were truly tethered to the Sonoma County community.

Speaking about the venue itself - it's absolutely gorgeous. It's breathtaking even before you add florals! Our florist was able to draw on the natural beauty of Ru's, so the set up was absolutely stunning. All of our guests said it was one of the more beautiful weddings they've been to.

Ru's is also a great location!! It feels like you're deep in wine county, but you're only a 7 minute drive from downtown Healdsburg. Also, don't worry about the 9pm cut off time. You still feel like you have a full event at the venue and you can keep the party rolling at one of the great bars in downtown Healdsburg!

I can't recommend this venue enough - 10/10 experience!”

“Been coming here for years. Honestly for the price…. It’s a good course. My only “critique” is the drainage is terrible. Puddles and soft, muddy soil left weeks after a rain storm. Whereas when I play at other courses after a rainstorm it’s much more of a normal play without as much mud and water in the fairways. I would still recommend as long as you aren’t playing on the rainy season”
