The two ladies working when I visited, especially the blonde one (I'm not sure of her name), were incredibly helpful in finding my size since I'm so petite. Although they only had a limited selection in stock, she assisted me in ordering them online while still receiving the discount. The customer service was outstanding, and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory. I will definitely be returning!

Good but not great selection and service, FALSE advertisement, BAD QUALITY product. Claimed to be 20% off 3 items, turns out to be only available for non-clearance jeans after spending half an hour to select jeans and tops. Also, the pricy jeans I got TEAR A BIG HOLE in about 6 months with no sharp item ever touch it. I have never experience this before with my cheaper jeans from brands like Levis and CK. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Not typical outlet pricing. You have to buy more than one (more than $100 pair of jeans) to get a discount. Check out Nordstrom Rack for better deals. While I like outlet stores for certain deals, I won't return the this store as I can get better deals elsewhere. Three stars cause the customer service at this location was really good.

i went in for a return and was told i couldn't do returns which is fine but the girl in the front was the rudest b*tch ever. don't work in retail if you're going to be rude. if only she knew how easily i can have her fired by just one text message. one day she will cross the wrong person. she is very lucky i am nice. she should fix that attitude, makes her more ugly than she is.

I've been coming here for several years and service is usually really good. I bought four pairs of jeans for my daughter several months ago and two of them ended up with broken zippers. She called to see whether she could exchange them since they were defective, but was told exchanges had to be done within 14 days. I can understand exchanges if you don't like the item, but would think you could at least get a store credit for fairly recently purchased items that didn't last past the 14 day window. They may be cheaper than department stores but they are still ~$100 clothing items.
