Walked in thinking they could help me find Jean's. I asked for curvy size she just pointed. I grabbed a random pair not knowing anything (she didnt want to explain) tried them on, ofcourse they were too big but no one offered to help me find a size. I left. Buying clothes can be hard, it would be nice if you offered size help or ANY customer service. 12pm Tuesday. You lost somone that needed to buy 5 new pairs of jeans.

Love Abercrombie and fitch but this store has the most unprofessional and rude staff. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly at this location just because I have asked for help with sizes. The girls that work there speak to me in a rude tone unprovoked and seem very annoyed about helping paying customers with simple tasks such as with looking for a size or a product. It is unfortunate that some employees can ruin an experience at such a great company like Abercrombie

The two associates working had a horrible attitude. Not friendly at all. Didn’t even attempt to be understanding or anything. Will not want to shop if they are working.

Let me say that their clearance section has been a life saver for me! I found two pairs of jeans for $22 each on one occasion and on a separate occasion found 2 pairs of jeans for $15 each. I love the quality if abercrombie. Sure the inventory goes up and down sometimes but that is any store.

I'm reading the reviews and some are very scary to go shop this far from dan Diego.i want to go shop at Abercrombie for and outlet because in texas they have great selection and great customer service. But after reading this reviews at this location I dont want to travel 7hrs to get bad customer service. I'll think about it.

Decent inventory. The lighting for this store during nights is pretty dim. It’s a hard find during nights. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No discount offers on their new arrivals (-1 STAR for that ?)

The ship at Gilroy has added few ladies are really low on manners, treating their customers as their emply. I would never go to that store again, as they need some manners first. In my opinion, the company should get rid of these kind of people first.
