The store itself is very clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I consistently walk away impressed by how helpful and attentive the team is. If you're in the area, this location is a must-visit for any Adidas fan!

The floor service people are so helpful but the product of their tennis shoes did not fit well inside my feet , my feet hurt when I wear it on the tennis court. I will bring these two pairs back to the store and I hope the store manager will help me for a refund.

Huge store. The Red Tag wall is best, got some deeply discounted Originals and Ultraboosts. I wish the store in Vacaville was half this good.

The customer service is good when you can grab someone.
But, when you check out, the wait is longer than the time you spend shopping. As I expressed the checkout wait time concern to the manager on duty, Mike, he claimed that there is only one cashier as five people lined up to checkout. The one holding us up had a complicated transaction, who needed a translator. You think that the manager, standing there, would call for additional assistance, but you would be wrong.
Still, no assistance was sent, there was no sense of urgency, and 3 other people lined up as Mike walked away. There were 4 other people, plus himself and another associate, whom he was speaking with, in the store at the time.
Either they need to change their operational tactics or install self checkout stands. I spend less time in a Ross checkout than this place.

Adidas has by far the worst customer service in store and online. I had a 50$ gift card and An adidas worker a couple weeks ago scratch off the pin and was no longer able to use the gift card. So the manager then says I have call online to get it replaced only to find out I have to wait 14 days for a replacement. And till this day I have not gotten a replacement.

All main line shoes (gazelles, sambas) are excluded from the store wide promotions. 50% off all shoes except shoes that people want, even the nicest colourways of the Stan smiths aren’t even on sale. Thumbs down, don’t waste your time here.

Each time I visit Gilroy, I always stop by here. They have great discounts and a fairly decent variety of shoes and clothes all at good prices. The staff is also very helpful and we're very patient with my questions
