I always shop at Ann Taylor loft, and get the best customer service, I wish I got the ladies name who always helps me, she's has short hair and wears a mask. this last time, I was shopping for a funeral, she was beyond helpful, she suggested appropriate outfits, grabbed different options and different sizes while in the dressing room and paired it with great jewelry, it was exactly what I needed. Thank you sweet lady, I'll see you next time!

Just had a worst ever shopping experience at Ann Taylor gilroy factory outlet. Went to return unused/unwashed pants that were too big. Within return window (only 2 days left ) and with receiptThe store manager Diane gave me so much non-sense about price tags on the pants should be attached to the cloth (using thread) for them to accept the return. It's not mentioned in the return policy or the receipt.@Ann Taylor accept my return and pay me back!

I always received the worst customer service from Randolph Mendoza in this location. He is rude to customer, does not ask you for the rewards number, always in a bad mood. He needs more training on how to treat customers because he is the worst. Please be careful with this individual. Ann Taylor if you are reading this, please train this person.

Saw some cute pieces online and it said this outlet had it available. I went in person to see if it would fit alright and get a feel for the material. The material was alright. Then I searched the fitting room...CLOSED! So there was no way of knowing how it fits on the body. I get it...pandemic. BUT this is when California is at its lowest infection rate in the US. And there are other clothing stores during the height of the pandemic where I tried clothes on in a fitting room. That’s fine that the fitting rooms are closed. I probably would’ve tried it on in the car and if it didn’t fit, I’d go back in and return. Then, I discovered the prices were more expensive in the store than online. I asked if they honor the online prices. They said no. How disappointing.
