“I have been here for awhile and I can say that the management now is really good. If you ask for something to be fixed it usually is taken care of promptly by a good staff of workers. The grounds are kept clean and the complex is probably the best in Gilroy. I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a usually quiet family living atmosphere.”

“these reviews are liars, like I've been living here since 2020 and it's been ok, I know there's a lot of homeless but it's Gilroy, there is hood out here, and it's an ok place to live, these reviews act like it's that bad but trust me, me and my family wouldve moved out of this place if it was THAT bad. but honestly it's pretty average”
“I really enjoyed living here. This place truly became a safe place and a home. These apartments feel modern and all appliances are new and in great shape. Rachelle and Vince rock! I enjoyed talking with them. They always answered my questions, and really care about how things are going in the building. Get to know them when you see them, they are very cool people. They get issues taken care of! It has your typical problems that all apartments have but if you go in with the right expectations you will not be disappointed. I only moved to be closer to work, otherwise I would have stayed a few more years!”
