“I wanted my first "formal" artwork in pastel to be in a very special frame. Colibri Art and Framing delivered beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked into their shop, I was pleasantly greeted by Dan, the owner, and Abigail, the Assistant Manager. Abigail, an artist herself, saw my painting, asked me the questions of rigor to determine the type of frame I wanted (or didn't want), and picked a selection of options (among probably hundreds!) that she thought would go well with my artwork. She showed me, not just the wooden frame samples, but also the mats that would go well with the frame types and colors. My wife and I ended up making the decision together and the final product was just stunning. It is now mounted above the fireplace in our living room. The painting itself is 24in x 18in and the framed work is 36in x 30in. We are very pleased with it.”
