Outstanding service!!
After two days of working with the ATT call center we finally took my new iPhone 15 pro Max into the store and we not only were greeted by a very friendly staff but Ruben resolved my issue within minutes!
Ruben was extremely knowledgeable, Professional , gave me great advice on other questions I had . I highly recommend this store and I I ever have a need I will return to this store. Thank Ruben, Nikko, Isdro

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store in Gilroy, CA, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Amberrae. Her service was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I walked in, Amberrae greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Whether it was discussing various plans, explaining the features of different devices, or answering my numerous questions, Amberrae did it all with patience and expertise.
What truly stood out was her ability to make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Amberrae’s professionalism, coupled with her friendly demeanor, made my experience at AT&T Gilroy truly outstanding.

Went to the store to upgrade my old phone. Asked how much an additional line would be. Assistant Manager assured me my bill would only go up $45 per month. Was very hesitant told him it doesn't sound right. Again he assured me that it would only go up $45 per month. I was still reluctant and the gentleman became very pushy as if I had wasted his time. So reluctantly I agreed to the plan. Well my plan went up over $100 per month. I didn't catch this in time and now I am stuck paying extra money I don't have. If you can't believe the assistant manager knows what they are doing who can you believe. First net and ATT customer service was very friendly and apologized but Cyndi anything. Per customer service own words the sales staff are just worried about getting a commission. So beware of who you deal with and pay attention to every detail and the details of your bill closely. I can't afford an extra $100 a month and would never trust this gentleman again.
Funny thing is the store owner responds to every positive comment, but neglects addressing any negative comment. Shame on the store owner for not reaching out to negative as well as positive. You need to take a class on customer service. Called service recovery! Also discipline your staff especially managers when they blatantly lie to a customer just to make a sale for commission!
