The absolute worst service. The bankers are good people but the women up front & the “manager”. Just horrible I closed my checking account, immediately paid my credit card in full and took my business else where. An absolute shame we only have one Bank of America in town I could have avoided their “customer” service and attended the other locations. But since I had no option I just closed it.

Their teller services are always down. This is the 4th time in 2 months. Plus the bankers are not cordial. You are here to provide service to customers. Bank of America is going downhill because of employees and services such as this

Deposited a check on Tuesday was told some of the funds would be available on Monday. Checked balance on Monday was told funds wouldn't be available until Saturday with no explanation as to why there was a hold .Totally unacceptable. Definitely closing my account after this is resolved.Nice way to treat someone who has banked there for over 20 years!!

Went to the Bank this morning. Was having a problem with my debit card. I was very frustrated at the beginning of my visit. Edna Dias made time for me with clients waiting. She went above and beyond for me.Solved all my problems with a couple of phone calls she made for me. I thank her for her outstanding service.

I had the privilege to be helped by Erika today. I have some disabilities and cognitive issues, so what might seem to be simple banking procedures was difficult or impossible for me. Erika was patient, and explained things over if I didn't understand. I've been at other banks before where people might be frustrated or impatient with me - which is understandable because of cognitive / learning issues. She greets everyone with a smile, and moves around the bank to welcome everyone. Professional, kind, with a spirit to help everyone. Thank you so much Erika! You make this location amazing!!

Horrible customer service and wrought with ageism discrimination.They refuse to help seniors with their in person deposits. Many older adults are not comfortable with using the ATM and online options. And the population is growing older so you need to accommodate ALL customers - old, young, disabled. Get with it!

10:30am with 10 people in line and 1 teller. Poor way to run a bank. Management should be ashamed. For the biggest bank in the nation, you should be able to staff appropriately. Not to mention the other tellers that you see walking around behind doing absolutely nothing but ignoring the lines

Never enough tellers, line usually out the door, the other branch in town is closed & this branch shortened their hours to only 9-4pm M-F

They deserve less than a one star. The employees at this branch, especially the tellers, are rude and unprofessional bordering on belligerent. They truly hate their customers. The Manager and all the underlings should be summarily fired. Their attitude, actions and demeanor toward their customers is helping Bank of America keeps its title as THE MOST HATED BANK in the USA.
