“Juan Valdivia Sandoval at the Gilroy Branch of Bank of The West is an extremely personable, and helpful customer service professional who helped Me and my Wife with a difficult and scary issue involving a scam artist who represented himself as Oscar, working with Microsoft Defender to insure that my computer hadn't been infected with a virus, and my bank accounts hadn't been compromised when I was "Hacked". It turned out that Oscar was the hacker. Fortunately, I got wise to the scam before it went too far, but Oscar did get some information, and we had to make some password changes and shut down "on line banking" temporarily. Mr Sandoval was very helpful, and helped us do what was necessary to protect our accounts.”
