Awful! It's an OUTLET store that used to have EVERYTHING on sale and/or cheaper than their mall store. I've been going here for years BECAUSE OF the great specials.
Now, NOTHING is on sale. Everything now has is regular priced except ONE rack with only hand soaps.
I actually count on the sales here as I have twin daughters that LOVE your products. But, it's not an outlet anymore, and I WON'T be coming back. Sad that a billion dollar corporation changes an outlet for THEIR profits.

Horrible customer service especially coming from a supervisor her name was Brenda. Is the holiday and I was purchasing few items that were very gentle and we're not even able to wrapped it. When I ask for a question she was in such a angry mood and based on the stuff that I bought I was able to get a gift and she couldn't tell me what I can get and I ended up leaving. If a manager acts that way I can just imagine how everyone in that store works. Horrible experience.

Was greeted at the door and offered help to find anything I needed.Cashier lacked customer service and could have been more welcoming and friendly. Kinda just did what he was supposed to without any personality.
