Would give a zero if I could. Employees always lie service is no good. I left boost and it's the best thing I could have done. My hotspot never worked and data worked when it wanted to. I went to another prepaid service get unlimited data calls and messages plus 15 gb of hotspot that actually works and if I use up my hotspot can add 15 gb for $10 I am very happy now
