Yesterday my husband needed a tow. We called AAA and they sent out a tow truck from San Jose. Unfortunately the tow company wouldn't do it because it was considered a "recovery" problem given the location and dangerous circumstances of my husbands truck. He was near Uvas reservoir and had spotty cell service and we were having difficulty getting anyone else to do it. I was able to call Braccos towing and they sent out Jerry to pull the truck out. The company did an amazing job of going over and above to help us during a stressful situation. Jerry attempted and successfully did what other tow companies would not even try.

extremely horrible service. i got into a car accident in San Benito county in September and the tow guy was truly awful. such attitude and rudeness from the Latino employee in such a stressful situation. guy should be locked up in my opinion, dudes very very unstable and uncompassionate.Service: Car towing

The lady with red hair is very rude ! she was having a hard time, adding up my total when I just asked even though it's her job. She seemed frustrated that I came five minutes before 5 PM. I hope all of your employees are not like this.

Was left for over two hours from 5 to 730 am. Worst service ever. They claimed a tow truck driver came by. It was a two signal lnes not possible. Had newborn in the car when a stranger came to help. Never again will we contact broncos.

Very unprofessional, they were dispatched to tow my car but showed up and told me they were making a turn but just took off. They were dispatched by AAA and because my racing springs on my car they would not tow it. But never told me anything which would’ve been okay then i wouldn’t have been waiting for hours trying to figure out what to do. Good thing a friend of mine came out and picked me up until i could get someone out try to fix my tire.

Great service and really on top of their game. Dispatcher answers fast, and they arrive asap. Driver had all the equipment to tow my full time 4x4 and hooked up fast.

Do not call this place. They will make you wait for 2hrs knowing that we were stuck on the freeway.At the end they never showed up.

The tow truck driver was great but when you come into the office in gilroy! Mmmmm... That lady is so rude doesnt get off her chair around the corner to talk to you she will talk to another employee to relay the message so unprofessional!

My car's steering linkage broke on a 1-lane residential road blocking traffic. I needed a tow fast, but didn't want to get gouged. Frantic, I went down a Google list, calling a few places; they seemed to be an 'answering service' simply taking info, but unable to answer time/cost questions or deviate from their focus of a credit card number. I hung up on them! With Bracco's I got a local company with real human attendant who answered my questions and could have a truck in half an hour. Turned out to be less than 20 minutes. If you call, I hope you get Devon, a friendly towing tech with style and charisma. He got my car out of a tough spot despite the damage and was an enjoyable companion on the road to the service shop. The price was less than expected, but the service was more! Devon and Bracco salvaged what was starting to be a horrendous weekend! Many thanks!
