I was always an impulse shopper but with Burlington I'm ready to make a serious commitment Started going to the Burlington in Gilroy sometime around July last year and it was love ever since Had me on the loyalty card like a marriage proposal I read the return policy and then I said "I do" Because I do I know at least one movie that was inspired by and completely written based on the amazingly true story of me and the Burlington in Gilroy: God Bless ~

They closed the restrooms so they don't have to clean them, if you have blatter problems your gonna have to run to another store so be careful before you go to theat store l, honestly they should have the restrooms available to the shoppers.

So bad. Walk in and get hit with the intense smell of mold and idk what. The store looks someone just dumped a bunch of stuff in a pile. The attempt to organize is is there there but everything is all over the place. Spent 30 minutes in line to check out. Huge line 1 cashier while 2 employees were red ticketing items on the same shelf. That didn't make sense

Great deals. We stop here all the time. They have a variety of clothing. The kitchen aisle is a favorite of mine. The dressing room is not always open. Restrooms are available. We usually stop at the buffet for lunch, its in the same shopping center.

The store looks like they are going out of business. If they are not, they should. Goodwill store is Gilroy is in better shape. Empty shelves. More inventory on the floors than on the shelves.

The Gilroy, CA store is the most disgusting, filthy, dilapidated, poorly stocked, unkept, disorganized store I've ever been. It's so bad that I thought the women's clothing was used & didn't want to touch it. Goodwill is better kept. If the corp HQ's receives these reviews they need to make a visit to this location. I lived in Fairfax, VA & frequented a nearby store that was fabulous & I cannot express my disappointment walking thru the doors of the Gilroy location & never going back.
